Workmanship Warranty — MNM Services

We stand behind our work. Every job we complete carries a 1-year workmanship warranty — if something we installed fails because of how we built it, we come back and make it right.

What's covered

For one (1) year from the date of completion, we warranty our workmanship against defects in our installation under normal use. If a defect in our work shows up in that window, we repair it at no charge to you.

What's not covered

Concrete and masonry live outdoors in the U.P., and some things are simply outside our control. The warranty does not cover:

Normal concrete cracking. Concrete cracks — hairline and shrinkage cracks are normal and expected, not a defect, unless caused by improper installation.
Settling or movement from site or soil conditions outside our control.
Frost heave, tree roots, or ground movement.
Heavy vehicle or equipment traffic beyond what the work was specified to carry.
Acts of nature — storms, flooding, freeze-thaw extremes, and the like.
Neglect, misuse, or alterations made by others after we finish.
Work where the customer elected a spec below our recommendation (e.g. reduced reinforcement), as disclosed on the estimate.

Materials

Material defects (concrete, block, sealers, drainage products, and so on) are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. If you ever run into a material issue, we'll help you file the claim.
